Angela Graziano is a Principal Director with Accenture Federal Services and leads large-scale business transformation efforts for senior executives in the federal government. She is a subject matter expert on HR as a Service and has successfully helped clients re-imagine how to deliver enhanced citizen services from the consumer perspective. Her works focuses on business process re-engineering and how to implement technology such as RPA, AI and platform-as-a-service to improve the customer experience and deliver services that are easier to consume and help save the federal government time and money.
Graziano served as deputy director and chief operating officer for a federal shared services provider that provided a variety of mission support services to more than 150 federal clients. She advised, coached and counseled senior executives about the mechanics of shared services operations including organizational transformation, change management, customer service, governance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cost models, on-boarding, business development, hiring and recruiting, data cleansing and migration, fit-gap analysis, application rationalization and workforce composition. As COO, she transformed the provider into a learning organization focused on providing high quality services with intense attention to customer satisfaction. She was also instrumental in transforming how IT was managed at the Department of the Interior, and, during her career with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, managed crisis communications in support of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, demonstrating in the process substantial experience in marketing, communications and congressional and media affairs.
She holds a degree in English and Journalism from Radford University in Virginia, and is proud of having served the Federal Government for nearly 27 years.
