Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you do:
Review ad components from client application.
Understand and make decisions according to the defined Client Policies and Procedures.
Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards
Suggest solution to process inefficiencies.
Identify gaps on client policies.
Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
What do we expect from you?
Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level)
1+ year of work experience & university education will be a plus.
Comprehension skills, logical thinking ability
Avid user of social media.
Extremely reliable, consistent, hard-working and ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
Computer literacy and passionate about internet
