As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on continuous enhancement to support evolving organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
