Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your role requires utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with API integrations and low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with system configuration and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
