Marketing Operations is part of Accenture Operations. We are the team of digital marketing experts and we help our clients across industries to drive marketing-led growth while operating as one global team, leveraging latest technology trends and innovation. 
We optimize the digital presence of our clients across multiple domains of next generation content, digital marketing services, analytics, creativity, social media and search to activate, engage and create unique experience for their brands.


Why You Might Be Interested?

  • You will be part of our International Team, working with luxury automotive brand and performing roll-out and coaching tasks on global markets in terms of content management system based on Adobe. You will collaborate with various stakeholders regarding Markets websites and discover digital marketing world from different angle.

Mostly, you will:

  • Analyze market requests regarding content management system and frontend defects on websites  

  • Assisting markets during the process of solving their queries – from defining the root cause to providing a final solution  

  • Raise tickets to the next IT levels providing comprehensive issue description and handle them according to the process 

  • Queue management, tracking and updating tickets with current status

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to Client  



Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluent English (written and spoken, at least C1 level);

  • Experience in Customer Service;

  • Detail oriented and problem solving;

  • Good written and verbal communication skills;

  • Technical background in CMS system (nice to have).
