Act as a product SME Subject Matter Expert to answer questions from staff regarding new functionality, system inputs, process and outputs for the Mortgage Cadence product. Act as the liaison between the product owner and the Scrum team to define business requirements and collaborate in defining design options through a hybrid Agile methodology. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance and Application. Support teams to implement software requirements and communicate system enhancements. Apply mortgage software industry knowledge to help continue process improvement and team communication. Generate SQL queries and research databases in order to verify and troubleshoot issues. Manage deliverables for initiatives and adhere to Mortgage Cadence product development methodologies. Extract detailed system requirements from user story scenarios and high level business requirements. Conduct research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of system problems. Consult frequently with our internal customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a successful and professional business analysis role 
- Minimum 5 years of well developed oral, written and listening skills 
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.  Exceptions will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint
