Meet the CFO & Enterprise Value Team
As a CFO & Enterprise Value professional in the Capability Network, you’ll work at the heart of the CFO agenda in areas such as Finance & Performance Analytics, Global Business Services (Shared Services), Treasury & Working Capital, Tax Transformation, Enterprise Value Targeting and Real Estate Transformation. You’ll use your finance expertise to improve operations, increase revenues, reduce costs and drive market differentiation for our world-class clients. You’ll implement exciting innovative programs and employ state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to transform an organization from end-to-end.
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Automation Consultant in our CFO & Enterprise Value Team practice, a typical day might include:
Conducting business analysis to identify potential for process automation
Documenting As-Is process across Finance function
Advising on business process re-engineering opportunities
Designing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation
Using your skills as a functional expert to configure and deploy tools and applications such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath
Providing training to client teams on RPA deployment methodology
Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Depending on your experience you will be considered for a position of Analyst (2+ years of relevant experience) or Consultant (5+ years of relevant experience)
Good knowledge of core Finance processes (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash)
Good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals, such as the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
Sound experience in delivery of process improvement and automation, supplemented by good knowledge of supporting IT tools
Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) would be an advantage
Experience in process mapping and process analysis would be an additional asset
Knowledge of process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) would be an additional asset

Willing and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
Willing to travel min. 70% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work could be an option, depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
