How I put change in motion
As a consultant working in the Applied Intelligence team, I am involved in many projects related to the broadly understood data analytics including traditional data analysis, i.e. reporting and Business Intelligence, as well as advanced analytics such as machine learning, predictive modeling and neural networks. Our team is multi-skilled, so we are not afraid of topics related to the creation and maintenance of databases, big data or customer intelligence. We also support the strategy team in creating analytics development strategies for our clients. Thanks to my work, I've been able to see and support many companies from different industries in increasing the role of data in decision making - both through traditional analytics and BI, as well as advanced machine learning and predictive modeling methods.

A day in my life
Working in the Agile methodology nowadays, I usually start my day with a "Daily", which is a conversation with all members of the project team discussing the tasks and priorities for the day or any problems that need to be solved. At the end of the day, I usually give my Project Manager a mini-report summarizing what I've accomplished that day.
The strength of Accenture lies in diversity, curiosity and competent employees who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. I personally value working at Accenture for the opportunity to learn and grow, for interesting projects on various topics, for traveling, for the opportunity to participate in training to improve skills. Above all, I appreciate collaborating with people from different cultural backgrounds, with whom I get to work on projects. This allows me to broaden my horizons and develop interpersonal skills. The people I work with both in Poland and abroad are the strongest motivation for me to work.
In my free time I hang out with my friends and I like to pursue my hobbies. I like interesting movies, delicious food, planning trips and spending time with my friends. On sunny days, I enjoy riding a bike or long walks, and on cloudy days, I like to read a good crime novel or go to the pool.

My advice
Be open-minded and willing to learn new things, and don't be afraid of what's new! It often happens that each subsequent project is different - we work in different programs, or use even newer technologies. Do not get discouraged – maintain motivation to learn and acquire new skills.
Working on projects often involves frequent changes of co-workers, so the sooner you establish good contact with the new team the better.
