Magda has joined Accenture Operations in September 2015 and comes with over 10 years of professional experience. Based in Warsaw, she specializes in transition planning and execution. Magda has hands on experience in providing expertise in handling finance, customer service and marketing projects involving implementation of transformation elements. Apart from her daily job, Magda is leading Mental Health initiatives at Accenture and is certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her dog and practicing mindfulness.

Right now, my home is my office. I had to build a routine to segregate work from my personal life. I always try to have a break in the day, even go to the garden for a quick walk. I also practice mindfulness. I am in a very firm believer of self-care, because even the aircraft before the takeoff, the flight attendants are telling you, If the oxygen mask will fall, you need to put it on yourself before you are going to help others. I'm a firm believer that if I want to help people, if I be trying to be a spokesman of those mental health values that I live by, I need to take care of myself as first one.
