How I put change in motion

At Accenture Operations, I am responsible for claims and complaints that we receive from our clients. Each case helps me broaden my industry knowledge. Also, working with global client provides me the opportunity to use German language and problem-solving skills daily. In collaboration with my team, I regularly brainstorm ideas on improving our processes to provide an excellent client experience by embracing change. When it comes to private life, my biggest passion is my daughter. I study different methods on raising a responsible, smart, young human being.
