My project work focuses on people and helping them through a change in their organizations – and that’s why no two projects are ever the same. I very much enjoy the process of translating large-scale projects visions into an impact on day-to-day tasks of an individual, and then using the insights for designing fit-for-purpose change strategies and tailored change management interventions. Talking to people to find out how they are doing and what they need to work at their best is the core of my job. I believe that employees are the most important part of any organization, and I like helping companies design and implement great employee experience.

When I’m not helping clients build new organizations, I work on the Mental Health Program that I started in Capability Network Poland. Its aim is to raise awareness on mental health at a workplace, fight the stigma associated with mental health conditions and promote the support available at Accenture. We are delivering awareness sessions and have set up a network of volunteers who get trained in helping colleagues handle mental health challenges.
