Management Consulting Manager, Talent & Organization

Warszawa

"I believe that employees are the most important part of any organization, and I like helping companies design and implement great employee experience."

What I do

As a management consulting manager specializing in change management, I work on projects that help people in the organizations in their transitions to the new, from supporting platforms implementations to culture and behavioral changes.

At Capability Network I get to collaborate with client and Accenture teams from across the globe. I love travelling and exploring new places so working from different client locations is a great way to combine my job and interests. Additionally, with Talent & Organization being a cross-industry practice, I support clients from various industries in their transformations, building a broad understanding of different company cultures and ways of working.

A day in my life

My project work focuses on people and helping them through a change in their organizations – and that’s why no two projects are ever the same. I very much enjoy the process of translating large-scale projects visions into an impact on day-to-day tasks of an individual, and then using the insights for designing fit-for-purpose change strategies and tailored change management interventions. Talking to people to find out how they are doing and what they need to work at their best is the core of my job. I believe that employees are the most important part of any organization, and I like helping companies design and implement great employee experience.

When I’m not helping clients build new organizations, I work on the Mental Health Program that I started in Capability Network Poland. Its aim is to raise awareness on mental health at a workplace, fight the stigma associated with mental health conditions and promote the support available at Accenture. We are delivering awareness sessions and have set up a network of volunteers who get trained in helping colleagues handle mental health challenges.

My advice

Accenture is a great place to get involved in something you are passionate about. If you have the cause, it’s only a matter of asking for the space, contacts and resources to expand your interests, deepen your expertise or build a better world. A couple years back, I had this idea that struggling with a mental health challenge should not be something people are doing in silence. I found an opportunity to advertise it in my team and today I lead the Mental Health Program for Capability Network in Poland with a team of like-minded colleagues who are equally interested in building an environment where everyone feels that they can talk about their mental health openly – admit that something is wrong and get the help they need without being judged.
