Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
THE WORK:
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems in automotive warranty services with continuous learning and strong attention to detail.
Advise, design, develop, and operate warranty solutions using proven and adapted methods.
Create new solutions and improve processes, being proactive in skill enhancement and innovation.
Understand and support strategic goals; work closely with supervisors, peers, and clients.
Manage small teams or work efforts; your decisions impact service quality and business outcomes.
Be flexible and open to working rotational shifts when required.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Warranty - P3 area
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1 level minimum).
Driving licence (cat.B).
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
