What will you do:
Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, workshops, and meetings
Plan and conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including social media
Collaborate with universities (career offices, student associations) as well as business and recruitment teams
Prepare recruitment marketing materials, reports, and presentations, and analyze the effectiveness of undertaken activities
Manage relationships with external vendors
Qualifications
What will you need:
Passion for employer branding and a desire to grow in this area
Excellent English and Polish, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive attitude, always looking for new solutions, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients
Previous experience in employer branding, HR, or marketing, or active involvement in student associations will be an additional asse
