Job Summary:
The Vendor Governance and Monitoring Analyst will work within the Quality Management and Controls function, specifically on vendor assessment. The team has been given a unique mandate to ensure Accenture acts as responsibly when we buy AI as we do when we build it. This ongoing capability has had to be built from scratch, and is a market first – providing AI assessment and assurance across 40k vendors globally. This role will report into Delivery leadership in the team responsible for executing assessment on our global vendor pool, establishing false negative testing, routine reporting and deploying innovative use of tools to ensure our team delivers on objectives. In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:
The work:
- Work with the Governance and Monitoring Lead to design an ongoing Governance process for third party management of RAI
- Standard vendors, Specialist process for CSM supported vendors, Both initial and ongoing management
- Approve design of and stand up all forums
- Review, design and optimise strategy relating to vendor re-assessment
- Support the design and setup of negative news scanning including overall design, parameters, evaluation of appropriate tools and setup/evaluation
- Support the design of an ongoing, market leading Monitoring capability
Preferred candidates will demonstrate some background in consulting or relevant industries, with especially desirable skillsets including:
- Experience in government/legislative development bodies, regulators, standards bodies, in designing and implementing operating models, risk management controls, governance structures and controls in any of these areas, or multilateral collaborative groups
- Experience in corporate governance and risk management
- Experience with procurement and global vendor management
- Experience in more regulated industries such as FS or H&PS
- As a member of a corporate team focused on Responsible AI
- As an academic focused not just on the theory but also on the practical application of RAI
- Experience developing comms for senior stakeholders
Essential to have some experience of work including the following skillsets:

Additional Information:
This role sits within Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team, part of the Global Data & AI Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.
