THE WORK
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise virtualization platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across complex environments.
Work with technologies such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix and virtual networking to support business-critical workloads.
- Configure and manage virtualization platforms, including clustering and vMotion/Live Migration.
- Monitor CPU, memory, and storage utilization to ensure optimal performance and capacity planning.
- Manage templates, snapshots, backups, and virtual networking components.
- Collaborate with storage, network, and OS teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, patching policies, and disaster recovery readiness.Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning and management using tools like PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
Be proactive in skill enhancement and enthusiastic about professional growth through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proven experience managing virtualization platforms (minimum 3 years+).
- Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere
- Strong understanding of virtual infrastructure design, performance tuning, and high availability.
- Experience with monitoring tools and capacity planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with Nutanix and / or Citrix VDI environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation using PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI, bash)
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
