THE INTERNSHIP
We’re excited to offer a paid internship in our Helpdesk team within the Procure to Pay (PTP) department! What you will do:
Assisting in recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries in our workflow system, Service Now
Helping communicate with vendors via phone and email to address any issues they might have
Supporting in routing vendor inquiries to the right teams for review and action, following our point of contact matrix
Assisting in resolving vendor requests and inquiries independently, without the need for client referral
Ensuring that all vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the system
Collaborating with internal teams to make sure vendor issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Interest in finance and willingness to contact business clients
English and French proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Current student status (to be added as an attachment when applying)
Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
A team player who can also work independently
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Availability: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) and availability for training in July, August, and September
