Job Description

THE WORK:
Provide support to Consultants and Managers in the strategic projects dedicated to the digital transformation for prestigious clients across Europe and Middle East
Collect and analyse data and information
Prepare reports and presentations
Manage and organize meetings and workshops
Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper flow of information
Monitor tools and provide the knowledge necessary to manage projects

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Excellent communication skills both in English and Polish (minimum B2 level, C1+ recommended).
Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
Active student status for at least one more year, with availability for at least 30 hours per week.
Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, consulting, and new technologies, with a strong willingness to develop in these areas
To be well-organized, communicative, creative, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to structure, break down and solve problems
Proactive and flexible work style
To be based in Warsaw with the ability to work on-site at the office
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
2-3 months of experience gained outside the university.
Extracurricular academic activities
Previous experience in multinational organization
Knowledge or trainings/ certifications in the areas relevant to Digital Transformation
