Job Description
For the Payroll department (Corporate Function) we are looking for Strategic Program Analyst
What will you be doing?
- Managing the payroll data in the system for payroll calculation
- Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
- Handling employees' payroll queries (including issuing salary certificates)
- Cooperation with HR, Finance and other corporate functions
- Participation in business projects as well as operational and transformation projects
- Implementation of the new solutions to improve daily work
- Database administration
Qualifications
What qualifications do we expect from the Candidate:
At least 1 years' experience in a HR/payroll department (practical knowledge of labor and social security legislation)
Practical knowledge of HR/payroll software - knowledge of TETA and Service Now will be a bonus
Experience of working in a matrix structure (nice to have)
Interest in new technologies and their application in the practice
Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and platforms such as Teams and Sharepoint
Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Polish
