THE WORK:
You will work both with Employer Branding and Inclusion and Diversity experts to:
Build and manage campus relationships
Support internal and external employer branding projects and events (like career fairs, webinars, communication, etc.)
Do administrative tasks (like monitoring the project status and preparing meeting minutes, etc.)
Provide creative materials (like information brochures, PPT presentations, social media posts, etc.)

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Based in Katowice
An active student status with the ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Proficiency in English and Polish (B2), as you’ll be part of international teams.
Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
Organization and communication skills
Interest in employer branding and willingness to learn
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience gained in student organizations, volunteering, student research groups, or student government
Knowledge about Inclusion and Diversity aspects
