Our Consultants have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex things simply. They are experts in Data & Analytics projects, spanning likes of Data Strategy, Governance, Migration, Integration and Consolidation, Data Warehousing and Data Lake Implementation, Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting. The most experienced talents lead and manage these projects, financials, and build relationships with Clients and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe. THE WORK:
You will be responsible for Client engagement and delivery, where you will apply your knowledge and experience from the Energy industry to offer Data & Analytics advisory services and develop business processes, data models, or analytical solutions for specific business challenges.
You will support Clients throughout entire project lifecycle by gathering requirements, developing solutions, conducting system demonstrations and training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption. You will work closely with global teams to deliver projects on time, using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
You will be working with variety of structured and unstructured data coming from highly differentiated sources. These sources include enterprise systems like ERP’s and CRM’s; industry-specific domain systems for Upstream, Downstream, Retail and Utilities; and auxiliary data from 3rd party providers or manually compiled data sets.
Your scope of work will cover: Data Engineering and Architecture leveraging cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, SAP BW) in collaboration with Solution Architects to build scalable and efficient architectures, warehouses, data lakes, and pipelines; Analysis and Transformation of structured and unstructured data, incl. development of optimized data models and transformations (in SQL, Spark, pandas, Python, R, etc.) ; Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization to translate business needs into effective data-driven storytelling (in PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
You will be open to stepping out of Data & Analytics role to support other external and internal initiatives at Accenture and our Clients and learn about the sheer variety of the work we do.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Strong motivation to work in consulting related to Digital Transformation, including data harmonization, standardization, consolidation, user requirements gathering, data modeling, and visualization.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the resources industry (e.g., Energy, Power Generation, Chemicals, Utilities, Natural Resources, Mining) including working knowledge of industry-specific data for core processes you worked with.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics (e.g., MS Azure, AWS, SAP Business Warehouse) and/or 5 years of experience in data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud), including solution roadmap development, design, testing, project management, and data management
Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in data migration as part of major IT transformation projects (e.g. ERP/CRM implementation, cloud implementation, post-merger integration, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English skills (min. C1), effective communication, inclusive and open-minded, reliable, team player, strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency (min. C1) in other language, mainly German or French, will be a strong asset.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of one of the programming languages (especially SQL, Python, R).
Previous experience with agile project management and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps etc.) and project management certification (Price, PMP, PSM, CSM).
Experience working with data in SAP will be a strong asset (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere).
