Job Description
Working closely with our clients, you will design, build, and implement strategies that will help enhance business and sporting performance. You will develop specialized expertise - strategic, industry, functional, technical - in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth and personal development.
What’s in it for you:
You will define overall data strategy and evaluate its business and performance impact
You will conduct assessments of as-is processes and suggest roadmaps towards a data-driven sports organization
You will formulate creative use cases, interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations
You will provide strategic advice on technological solutions for sports with the focus on advanced analytics, data platforms & architecture, and data-driven sports & business insights
You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders from leading companies and sports organizations across geographies
Additionally, you will be able to learn and improve your skills in:
Delivering insights from sports performance & business data
Leveraging Data Management & Governance tools, e.g. Data Catalogue
Architecting innovative cloud & on-prem data solutions
Creating Machine Learning models and data pipelines
Designing interactive Business Intelligence dashboards
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A degree and/or experience in Quantitative Methods, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science or Sports Management/Ana
Experience in one of a sports-related area, e.g.:
o Club
o Federation, Ministry or Olympic committee
o Community sports
o Youth academy
o Venue management
Practical knowledge of tools, frameworks & technologies within at least one of the following categories:
o Data Strategy (Data Governance, Data Management)
o Data Analytics/Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau)
o Machine Learning (Statistics, Python)
o Cloud Platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organization
Strong passion for the following topics – Sports, Data-driven transformations, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance & Management, Cloud Technologies
Growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment and dealing with new issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good command of any other foreign language would be a strong asset

Working Conditions:
Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
