Financial Consolidation Expert – Analyst/Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

THE WORK:
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Consultant or Analyst in the Intelligent Consulting Hub, you can bring your innovative vision to the heart of change, working with the world’s leading companies to transform entire market sectors.
You will work with innovative technologies on exciting projects, providing functional expertise that enhances client value. Specifically, you will:
Contribute to global-scale Digital Transformation projects for the Finance divisions of our international clients in the area of Statutory and Management Consolidation processes.
Work in an international environment, leveraging a globally distributed team to build solutions that meet the client’s statutory and management reporting needs, using advanced technologies like SAP S/4 Group Reporting, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, Tagetik, OneStream, board)
Guide clients through their digital transformation journey across all project phases: from designing solutions based on client requirements and market best practices, to agile implementation and testing, culminating in training and post-deployment support.
Interact with senior stakeholders to assess business needs, identify improvements, and implement advanced technology solutions.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management, with excellent English skills.
Hands-on experience in one of the following areas using EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions: financial consolidation, statutory reporting, financial planning, management reporting.
Expertise in helping clients tackle digitalization challenges, mastering Consolidation and Reporting processes with your financial-economic knowledge and analytical skills to design group consolidation processes that solve complex business problems.
Exposure to GAAP/IFRS regulations at large multinational companies.
Familiarity with at least one EPM tool, e.g. SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Oracle Cloud EPM, Tagetik, Anaplan, OneStream, board.
