PTP Junior Accountant with English and Spanish
Job Description
At Accenture Operations we provide business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

What you will do:
Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and accounts payable open invoices.
Perform manual corrections and internal audit on booked invoices.
Maintain regular relationship with suppliers and the Client.
Monitor payables and unreconciled payment lines.
Reconcile aged debit and credit items.
Resolve invoice related queries.
Complete reporting activities and analysis.
Qualifications

Here's what you will need:
Very good English language.
Fluency in Spanish language (min. B2 level is required).
High accuracy and focus on detail.
Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
Availability to work second shift between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
Ability to work in hybrid model (2/3 days weekly) from the office located in Warsaw city center.
