Digital Procurement Analyst / Consultant with German (ICH Europe)

We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. What will you do?
Addressing both strategic and operational Sourcing and Procurement topics
Supporting team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and experience
Supporting process design activities, formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized requirements (Workshops, Agile prototyping…)
Work closely with ecosystem partners and applied intelligence teams to define best solutions to solve client problems
Perform collection and analysis of large amounts of data, developing key insights / findings, and proposing solutions to Procure to Pay issues.
Coordinating Master Data improvement activities with the client and the technical teams
Develop control tower to capture, control, and report against spend categories in the Procurement function to drive spend reduction and supporting strategic sourcing
Constantly review the market for new digital solutions to support analytics activities
Qualifications
Who and what we are looking for?
Minimum bachelor’s degree
2+ years’ Experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience
Hands-on experience working within the Sourcing & Procurement field and transformational related topics within industry or consulting
Excellent German and English communication skills (written & spoken) required
Good understanding of e-Procurement tools (e.g. Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) with system implementation will be strong asset
Good understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes: Global and Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Transformation, Procure-to-Pay Processes Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management, Category Management, Spend Management Solutions
Experience in Project Management preferred
Teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
Skilled in using key calculation & visualization solutions
Great communication and presentation skills

Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Lodz
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
