Pursuit & Reputation Marketing Stories Team is seeking to hire a story specialist focused on story development and editorial. The story specialist will be a part of a growing global team based in Pursuit & Reputation Marketing, working with client account teams, marketing professionals, and business leaders across Accenture to identify, support and promote our top stories on a wide range of business, technology, and societal issues that support our brand.
The Story Specialist should possess a combination of strong English-language (comprehension and written) skills, as well as a strong disposition for detail – focusing supporting the Story Leads and Program Manager. This role works with high-level stakeholders (including Accenture leadership) and will support project management activities for story development, research, as well as support promotion plans for stories. Assistance with tools as well as helping to review story content will also be part of the role.
Under the direction of Stories Development & Experience Program Manager, the story specialist will:
Collaborate with Story Leads and their work with client account teams, writers, and marketers on the strategic positioning, execution, and promotion of our best stories. Assist with the coordination of multiple activities including story development and promotion support. Participate on story interviews to begin learning about work and how our account leads talk about it.
Assist with updates to M+C tools including The Story Gallery and M+C PLAN and INITIATE.
Support data reviews to help story leads determine ways to optimize or retire stories
Accenture is a global company, and the story lead will need to work across time zones and with people from dozens of countries, working in English but notably with many non-native English speakers. Will also need to work with the tools used to collect, maintain, and disseminate stories.
Will manage some entry level story development as necessary to grow this skillset.
Assist with Earnings story management as needed.
