Sustainability Strategy Analyst (ICH Europe)
Job Description
The Sustainability Strategy Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the CEO’s most strategic priorities. We help organizations embed sustainability into every area of their businesses to enable them to unlock greater value through responsible transformations.
We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in Sustainable Strategy, where you will get an opportunity to advise to and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformation and business growth. We also work with global organizations such as the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Global Compact, World Bank Group, and World Business Council for Sustainable Development. As a part of this high performing team, these are the key areas you will consult clients on:
What will you do?
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and help them embed sustainability into their strategy and operations (through deep expertise in areas such as low-carbon energy transitions, circular business models, sustainable technology, innovation and sustainability value assessment)
Value Driven Business Models: Support clients in delivering 360-degree value (i.e., delivering on financial metrics while creating positive socio-environmental impact)
Develop Sustainability Roadmaps: Develop business case and implementation road maps to shape clients’ transformation journey to achieve sustainability related goals
Industry Partner Alliances: Work with organizations such as UN, WEF, FICCI and prominent business leaders to shape industry leading thought capital
Qualifications
Strategic mindset
Structured problem solving and sharp analytical skills
Ability to describe complex processes and concepts in a non-technical, end user-friendly manner and language
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
Ability to develop compelling client ready deliverables (MS Power Point, Excel, Word)
High flexibility, willingness to develop new skills and areas of expertise
Adaptability to a frequently changing working environment
Strong Sustainability acumen and interest is a must
Willingness to travel (incl. Middle East)
Working proficiency in English (additional language is an asset)

Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
We are delivering our work remotely but also knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe and Middle East for short or long term is also required.
