Job Description
The Marketing and Comms Event Management Operations Senior Analyst is an opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven project management professional to play a key role in the Intelligent Services group at Accenture.
The Operations SA specializes in helping organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and activities for client-facing events by working in partnership and at the direction of the Event Management Operations Lead and the respective team. The Operations SA is a central point of contact and responsible for proactively developing and managing projects and programs, coordinating with both Event Management Team (EMT) members as well as across the broader M+C community.
Responsibilities:
Manage Global Exhibits Program and calendar liaising with our vendor partner and stakeholders both within EMT as well as the broader M+C community.
Second level (Back-up) support of EMT Cvent event registration site builds for Europe
Serve as 1 of 2 EMT Strategic Planning Champions, attend the regular call series and represent EMT point of view, assess what is “need to know” for EMT members, package and disseminate/train as necessary.
Back-up Manage EMT communication and collaboration tools including EMT Library, Teams Pages, M+C Collection, Portal Page, Ops Updates (written and live presentation), etc.
Support Operations Team programs such as managing event related speaker strategy, demo program, etc.
Maintain EMT Onboarding Decks
Event Process definition, evolution, and documentation (i.e. Event Playbook)
Supports Event Operations Team in general and specific event related data analysis and summaries.
May have growth assignments such as assisting other teams in planning and executing events and other Event Management initiatives.

Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable years project coordinator and some marketing experience
Cvent Event Management experience
Event experience a plus
