The M+C Event Management Operations AM is an opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven project management professional to play a key role in the Intelligent Services group at Accenture.
The Operations AM specializes in helping organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and activities for client-facing events by working in partnership and at the direction of the Event Management Operations Lead and the respective team. The Operations AM is a central point of contact and responsible for proactively developing and managing projects and programs, coordinating with both Event Management Team (EMT) members as well as across the broader M+C community.
EMT web builder training, support and workload management. Liaise with M&E Technology Team Lead.
Creating per-event registration page strategies incl. EMT consultation and customer journey design (internal and external).
Contribute to design, implementation and maintenance of event management processes and best practices.
Support adoption and execution of common event processes by developing and using consistent templates and tools.
Contribute to selection, implementation and maintenance of event management tools including integrations with broader M+C Tech Stack where applicable.
Manage Events Demo Library including support with recommendations and execution.
Support overall events team in execution of common policies and compliance.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Cvent Event Management: Registration Site Build and Attendee Management
Demonstable B to B event management or related experience including proven success managing large scale hosted events, tradeshows and conferences
