Job Description
The Accenture Marketing & Communications Campaign Management team is looking for a creative, highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to strategise, develop and optimise high-quality digital marketing campaigns.
The Digital Strategist will support the digital strategy and execution of client-facing campaigns for the Client Relationship Management team in Europe. Additionally the individual in this role will increase efficiency and effectiveness for these programmes by applying best practice techniques and data-driven insights to the campaign strategy.
The role requires strategic insight and planning as well as hand-on execution. It requires an experienced professional who can partner across functional teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative and channels teams to design innovative digital marketing programmes that support marketing pursuit campaigns
Contribute to recommendations with research backed insights which could include:
Email campaign strategy
Personalisation recommendations
Testing (A/B testing)
Advising and optimising interactive experience assetsEnsure alignment of digital channel strategies and tactics supporting campaign activation to overall channel strategies, working closely with data & analytics and capabilities team for data governance and insights
Oversee activation of content across multiple digital channels aligned to campaign activation
Assess performance of digital tactics supporting a given campaign, using relevant data to cull meaningful insights that help identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation
Identify areas for continued optimisation aligned to campaign performance objectives and benchmarks and contribute to testing and experimentation, creating an optimal client experience
Management development and delivery digital capabilities and self-serve publishing products implemented by the Marketing Capabilities team
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, innovation and customer/employee experience, and bring new ideas to the table
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
- Significant digital marketing experience or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution with a primary focus on web, mobile and email marketing
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading teams and supporting the ongoing growth and development of team members
- Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same
- Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours when/as needed to accommodate other time zones
- Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries
- Ability to prioritise and switch gears quickly between multiple projects
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting: either military or civilian
