Intelligent Consulting Hub is a part of Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, pulling together multinational and cross-cultural professionals based at key locations across Europe.

Use machine learning and cloud technologies to improve Client businesses by enabling data science capabilities at scale.
Work in interdisciplinary teams that gather technical, business, cloud and data science competencies that deliver work in agile methodologies (at client localization, remotely or mixed).
The range of your accountability, responsibility and autonomy will depend on your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.
Qualifications
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
Graduated from university with MSc in areas such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods and are continuously looking forward to using your knowledge and talent to deploy and scale AI solutions.
Experience in area of Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science, familiar with key Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks such as ScikitLearn, TensorFlow or PyTorch and understand ML models lifecycle.
Experience with DevOps and application of CI/CD frameworks in Machine Learning, familiar with technologies such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git.
Experience with at least one of the Cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and dedicated tools for building ML models such as AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI or Azure Machine Learning.
Familiar with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow and model registry and lineage tools such as MLflow, SigOpt.
Familiar with data engineering and data lineage frameworks such as Apache Beam, Spark, Airflow and understand features store concepts such as Feast.
Hands-on experience with Bash, Python or Java.
Have very good command of English language (it is nice to have command of additional language, for instance German).
Are a great team player (it is nice to have experience in working in international teams).
Interest and constant willingness to develop in areas of Machine Learning Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps.

Headquarter in Warsaw with office in Kraków.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
