We are looking for Junior Paralegal, who will join our internal Corporate Function department.
You will be responsible for:
Tracking changes in Polish and UE law; preparing briefs on new laws.
Support in execution legal documents (collecting signatures, legalization, apostille, arranging meeting with public notary, sending scans via email and originals via currier)
Preparation drafts of corporate documents (resolutions, power of attorneys, minutes)
Maintaining legal archive
Preparation of supplier contracts and amendments to supplier contracts (NDA, marketing agreements) under the supervision of legal advisor/advocate
Supporting the supervisor in handling internal reporting processes and in current administrative offenders Arranging of meetings (external and internal)
We expect from you:
Completed higher law studies with good results
Very good knowledge of civil law and commercial companies law (knowledge of labor law will be an additional asset)
At least 2 years of work experience in a law firm or large enterprise
Advanced knowledge of MS OFFICE programs (in particular: Word, Excel, PowerPoint &)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good organization of work
Ease and willingness to learn
Openness and communicativeness
Independence with simultaneous ability to effectively work in a team
