DataViz Architect
Data & Applied Intelligence is a technology hub operating on the local and global markets, with over 200 specialists based in Poland - architects, engineers and analysts whose knowledge and experience range from data analytical architecture to functional and sectoral specialization. We support our clients comprehensively: from the definition of the Data & Analytics strategy, to the comprehensive implementation of solutions, to maintenance and development. We touch the area of Data & Analytics holistically and address all aspects important for organizations that undergo data transformation. Our teams work in many areas, such as Business Intelligence, Big Data, AI / ML, advanced data analytics, Data Governance or the definition of operating models for Data organizations.
What will you do:
As a DataViz Architect you will be responsible for:
Working closely with a talented team of data engineers, visualization experts and BI developers to solve important and challenging problems for clients.
Create solutions, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups and refine them in order to drive to the optimal user experience.
Leading workshops using Design Thinking methodology with client senior executives to deliver cutting edge visual products.
Development of visual reports in Tableau, Power BI or other Visualization tool (Looker etc.).
Support in configuring and deployment of dedicated workspaces (e.g. Tableau Server).
Deploying best practices in visualization based on industry knowledge.
Planning and estimating tasks.
Making recommendations on design and functionalities of reporting system.
Cooperation with backend team and defining data requirements.
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
Minimum 3 year of professional experience in Visualization of Data.
Very good knowledge of Tableau or Power BI or other Data Visualization tool.
Must be customer-centric and able to gather requirements to create user personas that effectively capture user needs and communicate those personas across the team.
Working knowledge of information technology concepts, e.g. databases, application logic, front-end vs backend interaction.
Experience in wireframing and prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Aha, or Figma.
Experience in UI and visualization best practices.
Excellent command of English.
Tableau or PowerBI certification would be an asset.
