We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Release Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of SuccessFactors instance in the global implementation project. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SuccessFactors release management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do:
Manage the deployment of SuccessFactors releases.
Develop and maintain release schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the release process.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that release content is thoroughly tested prior to deployment.
Ensure all release documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage risks and issues related to the release process, escalating as needed.
Continually improve the release process, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Provide regular status updates on release progress to senior management and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with best practices in SuccessFactors release management.
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors release management.
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, processes, and data structures.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
