What will you do?
Manage, guide and support RTR Team and acts as an Escalation Point for the Team
Operational reporting
Manage day to day task allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs
Act as main point of contact and decision maker for RTR processes
Set long term goals for the Team development
Qualifications
What do we expect:
Experience as Team Leader
Fluent English and good command of German min. B2
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain professional business contact
Transition experience
Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP
Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
