Business Strategy Analyst/Consultant (Operating Models, Organisation design, Shared Services design) (ICH Europe)

What will you do? 

• Support in delivering world-class business strategy solutions for leading, international companies

• Collect and analyse data necessary for the development of solutions for customers

• Redesign tech-enabled business processes

• Design enterprise operating models, design functions and Shared Services, activate new operating models, optimize and innovate models

• Provide market research and industry insights in the field of organizational design and operating models optimization

• Assessment and re-engineering of end-to-end processes and functions to deliver business outcomes

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree, other professional certifications (i.e., PRINCE, PMP) a strong asset

• Min. 3 years in consulting companies or market experience equivalent (one of the following industries would be a strong asset i.e., Consumer Goods & Services, Pharma, Retail, IT, Financial Services, Utilities, Telecommunication, Energy (Oil & Gas)

• Experience in such areas: Operating model transformation, Organisation model transformation and Org/Operation model design

• Experience in functional areas, such as finance or HR would be a strong asset

• Experience with data driven delivery model including OrgVue would be a plus

• Experience in working on global projects with international exposure, optimization of organizational structure and operating models, designing business processes, project/program management highly desired

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English. Other foreign language German or French would be a strong asset

 Working Conditions: 

• Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)  

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  

• We are delivering our work remotely but also knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe and Middle East for short or long term is also required.
