Telco Industry Project Management Consultant (English & German speaker) (ICH Europe)

What will you do? 

• Work with leading Telco, Media & Entertainment industry companies, major customers / suppliers / account teams to help develop and execute global strategies and manage complex solutions and transformations
• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end program and project management including project planning and estimates, scoping and requirements gathering through implementation and deployment of enterprise-level applications and solutions.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report the execution of activities, KPIs and deliverables to ensure progress on the project.
• Identify and resolve project impacting dependencies, issues, risks, and blockers.
• Build, maintain good relationship and influence client main stakeholders up to C suite executives.
• Lead organizational change management activities.

Who and what we are looking for? 

• 6 or more Years of progressive experience in Operator / Vendor or Management Consulting industry on Telecommunication related projects
• Experience in strategy/business/technology role conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics and experience management etc.
• Strong telecom industry background experience and knowledge of BSS and OSS processes for B2C and B2B areas
• Knowledge of telecom products across wireline, wireless and Enterprise domains
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). A good level of German would be a big asset
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies and frameworks, Certifications like Prince 2 or PMP will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TAM will be an advantage

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Lodz.
• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
