Meet the CFO & Enterprise Value Team
As a Process Transformation Expert (R2R, P2P, O2C) in the Capability Network Digital Finance Transformation Team (part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice), you will work at the heart of the CFOs’ agenda, supporting them in their Digital Finance Transformation programs.
You will use your expertise and knowledge to support CFOs of our world-class Clients in transforming Finance into a digitally-enabled partner, driving the transformation agenda across the enterprise and providing real-time insights to the business decision-making process. You will implement innovative programs and employ state-of-the-art solutions and technologies to transform organizations end-to-end.
What will you do?
Act as a Digital Finance Transformation subject matter expert, working with Accenture's global teams to shape and implement innovative solutions enabling Finance Digital Transformation
Advise our clients on a wide range of Digital Finance Transformation discussions, focused on process design, harmonization and improvement, adoption of leading practices and implementation of Enabling Technologies
Contribute to process design and transformation discussions and workshops
Support design and implementation of solutions
Help shape Accenture's thought capital around current and emerging trends and enabling technologies in the Digital Finance Transformation area
Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
Qualifications
Who and what we are looking for?
3+ years (Consultants) or 1+ year (Analysts) of practical and international experience in Finance Transformation programs execution for large scale organizations, including best in class process design, technology, and automation implementation
Knowledge and understanding of at least one of the Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), including leading practices, platforms, and technologies
Ability and experience in working with mid-senior to senior stakeholders
Understanding of consulting work environment, supported by practical experience working in Finance Transformation projects
Project management experience a strong plus
Knowledge of F&A specific technology: ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other enabling technologies (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, HighRadius, BlackLine, RPA, workflows, process mining, etc.)
Business acumen, good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and key performance indicators in finance
Master’s degree
Excellent English (written & spoken) is a must

Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
