Job Description

As Marketing Transformation Analyst/Consultant you will support project workstreams, design solutions, manage client communications, and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • Shape the future of marketing transformation by working with our clients to develop a roadmap of change that helps them to drive growth, brand performance and new ways of working

  • Help our clients develop and deliver winning customer experiences across different channels

  • Leverage the world’s most advanced marketing technologies e.g. Salesforce or Adobe to make change happen,

  • Support our clients to address today’s financial reality: optimizing marketing investments, and identifying opportunity to fuel growth, using data analytics and benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree

  • Marketing experience and/or marketing consultancy or agency,

  • Development and delivery of marketing and digital marketing strategies in the area of Analytics, Marketing Automation, B2B Marketing, CRM

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships,

  • A natural curiosity and passion for marketing, marketing technologies and a strong understanding of marketing and industry trends (preferred: digital marketing and/or Salesforce certificates; experience with leading mar-tech solutions, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) required.

  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.

  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.

The Customer Sales & Service (CS&S) functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define service strategies, design and implement contact center or CRM solutions and help enhance our client’s service operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking and commitment to quality.
