What will you do?
You will work as a Project Manager/ Consultant or support Business Transformation projects or as a SCRUM Master on projects for Fortune Global 500 industry clients:
Heavy machinery: Construction machinery, cranes, elevators, trains, industrial robots, etc.
Industrial suppliers: manufacturers of components and spare parts, tires, etc.
Consumer goods: household appliances, tools, power tools, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.
Supporting projects with expert knowledge
Managing the project organization and project team, gathering requirements
Budget, schedule- and risk management
Supporting business and IT teams in translating business requirements into specific IT and system solutions
Organizing and managing project communications, workshops and presentations for individuals at various hierarchical levels in the organization
Data analysis and preparation of reports
Qualifications
Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of practical experience working for industrial clients in Lead to Order area
Experience in working with Salesforce or SAP CPQ.
Hands-on experience with at least two of the listed processes: Lead Conversion and Processing, Opportunity Management, CPQ and Contracting, Product Configuration, Pricing, Account Management and Sales Planning
Hands-on experience in working with business processes, mapping and optimizing these processes, and translating process requirements into system requirements for IT departments
Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)
Excellent communication skills in English, further languages as a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Jira and Confluence tools are welcome

Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
