We support our Clients with commercial & business advisory, trading process & platform modernization, energy market and commodity analytics & intelligent automation as well as trading application management & business process services.

Our Consultants should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.
What will you do?
You will work closely with Clients and our teams creating and supporting their trading organizations, processes, and tools
You will work with business leads sharing your opinion and advice, bringing your recommendations.
Work with project teams to shape clients’ investment/divestment transactions and to create innovative, agile business models that help clients pivot to the New.
You will be involved in business analysis and included in conversations related to solution design and testing to give you deep understanding of each aspect of the project
You will help energy trading and/or commodity organizations set up and expand their trading, portfolio management and risk management activities
You will play a key role in coordinating and managing Business & IT Transformation projects
You will gather functional requirements and create functional designs.
You will participate in bringing to live business solutions based on leading technologies, transformation, and implementation of ETRM solutions such as Allegro, OpenLink Endur
You will work with project teams to help clients to grow their product margin, enhance supply certainty, and reduce price/volumetric volatility.
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to craft strategies to help clients enter new markets that can boost growth.
Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and large data sets to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes
Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to life
Strengthen relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
You will work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely
Qualifications
Who and what we are looking for?
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economy/ Capital Markets/ International Business/ Energy
Interest in Energy Industry [Oil & Gas, Commodities, Utilities]
Exposure to one or more of the following industries: energy, chemicals, soft commodities, utilities, or capital markets
Knowledge of Energy Trading Business and Wholesale Energy Markets is highly desirable
Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques, and experience in research and data analysis, as well as digital, analytics, and/or applied intelligence, machine learning: Random Forest, Decision Trees, SVM, Markov’s chain, Mote Carlo simulation.
You’re no stranger to business case development, financial analysis, and financial statements, and you have strong quantitative skills, including familiarity with Excel/VBA and other modeling packages
Understanding of financial concepts - P&L, Financial Risk, Financial Instruments (derivatives traded products)
Understanding of operations concepts: Production, Planning, Logistics, Storage, Distribution, Operations risk
A delivery focus in terms of closing out tasks effectively in addition to realizing planned business benefits alongside users.
Desirable:
Functional experience with a leading ETRM/CTRM such as Allegro, or OpenLink Endur e.t.c.
High level understanding of Trading Operations across Front Office, Mid Office and Back Office
You have at least two years of experience in a commercial or risk management role at a leading commodities trading or supply organization, independent power producer, or midstream marketing company.
English on a consulting level (other foreign language would be an advantage)
Good communication skills and very good team player
