What will you do?
As Order to Bill Junior Specialist you'll be responsible for:
Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
Returns Processing
Delivery Management
Customer Master Management
Customer Order Intake and Processing
Order Errors / Exception Management
Order Validation
Performing Billing & Invoicing
Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
Support of the hotline for business clients
Qualifications
What do we expect?
nice to have: up to 1 year of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process, Order to Bill process preferred) for specialist role, for those with less experience junior role is available
Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Spanish
Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude
