We are building a new talent acquisition team that will be the heart of our organization supporting recruitment across Europe. Our future openings will be targeting a range of different roles, encompassing skillsets across Recruitment and Sourcing. In particular we are looking for Requisition Sourcers to strengthen our team!
Talent Pool Sourcers will be an integral part of our Europe Recruiting eco-system, enabling us to build the best teams by building talent pools across Europe and fostering strong relationships with exceptional talent.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven networking and relationship management experience
Strong research skills and ability to present complex data sets to support strategy
A true talent partner, someone who cares about delivering outstanding candidate experience
Experience with MS Excel and PPT and adept at leveraging data from ATS, CRM and other sources to tell data led stories and influence outcomes
Growth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learning
Fluency in English
Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese would be greatly advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a key point of contact for the Accenture hiring community, helping them to build the best teams for our clients
Aligned to priority skills, you will build hyper-engaged talent pools for critical hard to fill demand
Ensure minimum candidate 'wastage' by ensuring talent is engaged, cultivated and matched to opportunities
Ensure excellent candidate experience through rapport building, timely and meaningful communication
Actively contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans and initiatives, working in close collaboration with the wider Europe Sourcing team
You will build deep market knowledge in your area of specialism
Active member of community within your priority skills area, keeping up to date on market trends, and actively cultivating your network through events, forums and social media
