What will you do :
- Create new or develop existing digital products, working closely with the project team to ensure a high-quality implementation using Design Systems
- Design layouts, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals
- Provide project specifications and descriptions for developers, cooperate with programmers on creating applications, test introduced changes
- Work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders from the client's business
- Perform usability tests or gain knowledge from research (sometimes uncovering user needs by conducting user research sessions as well) - analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Sometimes you will be one man army, sometimes you will work in a group of designers from the project, but always your work will have a significant impact on the final result of delivered solution
- Work in windows or mac environment (depending on the project)
Qualifications
What do we expect from you :
- Fluent knowledge of English (at least B2 it’s a must)
- Very good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, usability, and heuristics
- Knowledge of user-oriented design methodology - the ability to analyze the relationship between the user, interface, product functionality, and the business result of the project (the ability to combine UX knowledge with business requirements)
- High communication skills
- Creativity in finding solutions
- Openness to new opportunities/changes - designers in our team, on average, change the project every few months and learn about new industries
- 3 years of proven work experience as a UX / UI / Product / Interaction Designer position
- Competences in the field of prototyping (Figma, Sketch, InVision or Adobe XD are most common ones)
- Nice to have: Ability to conduct workshops with the client using design thinking, experience with Design Systems, basic knowledge of web application programming and HTML, CSS possibilities and limitations of the environment
