What will you do:
As an Experience Strategy Analyst/Consultant, you know exactly what it takes to create the perfect digital customer products and services. If you know how to combine strategy, design, and technology to deliver success, we would be happy to meet you.
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:
Understand the needs of clients and find ways to solve their problems using creative methods.
Combine customer-centric with analytical thinking approach to deliver sustainable solutions for clients.
Support teams to define strategies & business models that address today’s business needs and future growth.
Prepare user research and competitive analysis to understand client context.
Interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and moderate workshops.
Define strategies, long-term vision and recommendations to achieve clients’ goals.
Prepare outstanding proposal and design briefs, participate in sales meetings, and deliver client presentations.
Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones and scope.
Manage junior colleagues who are part of project delivery team and assign responsibilities on data gathering activities, interviews, presentations, and others (for Consultant).
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in design, psychology, economics, communication, management or related).
Min. 2 years of experience with customer experience, design, or business strategy (for Analyst).
Min. 4 years of experience with customer experience, design, or business strategy (for Consultant).
Proficiency with Excel and Power Point (Figma, Adobe will be an asset).
Understanding of human-centric approach.
Knowledge of Design Thinking.
Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude & strong interest to solve client challenges, adapt to a changing work environment & deal with new issues.
Passion for design.
Excellent command of both English & Polish.
