CyberArk Support Enginee
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated CyberArk Support Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CyberArk solutions and a strong commitment to resolving technical issues promptly.
As a CyberArk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing their CyberArk environments.
What will you do:
Provide technical support to clients using CyberArk solutions, addressing inquiries, issues, and incidents promptly and effectively
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and assist in the design and implementation of CyberArk solutions.
Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues related to CyberArk
Monitor and manage privileged access management systems to ensure the security and availability of sensitive data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, to enhance and optimize CyberArk solutions
Maintain documentation and records related to system configurations, incidents, and resolutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in privileged access management and cybersecurity
Participate in on-call support rotations as needed to provide 24/7 support to clients
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a CyberArk Support Engineer or a similar role
Strong knowledge of CyberArk solutions, including but not limited to CPM, PSM, and PSMP
Familiarity with privileged access management concepts, policies, and best practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CyberArk certification is a plus
Experience with other cybersecurity tools and technologies is a bonus
