What will you do:

Join our growing Accenture Song team, based in Warsaw, to help our clients identify, design, and analyze new improved native digital business processes. The digital revolution is Accenture’s Song business. You'll design strategies and solutions that accelerate growth and generate value for our customers.

As Digital Marketing Consultant/Analyst you assess the digital marketing maturity together with client teams across industries. Subsequently you come up with concepts and implementation of data, analytics, media, and marketing solutions to address the challenges faced by our customers. You'll support top organizations to use digital to connect with customers and to drive revenue growth quickly. To own the digital marketing for the business, including execution, strategy development, governance, and operations, you will:

  • Work with relevant members of the digital team to develop digital campaigns.

  • Develop an integrated digital marketing strategy to generate pipeline sales growth against ROI targets and digital marketing infrastructure that is commercially robust, future proof and fully supported.

  • Suggest the optimal channels and media mix.

  • Support the business development process by participating in sales calls, assist proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations.

  • Supervise a proper implementation of digital marketing campaigns and tools.

  • Contribute to optimizing campaigns based on analytics and data.

  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital to identify and exploit technologies, platforms, and methodologies to further the organizations reach and engagement with new and existing clients.


What do we expect from you?

  • You have leadership abilities (since in the future you will lead a team) and you can think strategically in relation to client´s business. Teamwork and engaging communication skills are important for this role. We are looking for your experience in the following areas (skills and abilities developed during work experience in below mentioned areas - not necessary all of them, but wider span would be appreciated):

  • 3-5 years for Consultant (1-3 years for Analyst) of professional experience in executing digital marketing programs end-to-end for digital agencies, client marketing organizations or consulting environment, with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation

  • Project manager skills - ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run team meetings (especially valid for Consultant position)

  • Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omnichannel campaign delivery with a clear understanding of when and how to use programmatic advertising, social media advertising and paid search advertising

  • Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or E-Commerce or Personalization

  • Client facing abilities – presenting and basics of selling to clients (business development) might be part of your agenda (especially valid for Consultant position)

  • Mindset of thinking quickly and critically on a wide range of digital marketing topics across various verticals

  • You can think strategically in relation to client´s business with ability to translate client needs and briefings to campaign strategies and media plans

  • Hands-on-can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in proactive development of new suite of services and capabilities inside the firm

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions

  • Ability to work in a team and an aptitude for problem-solving

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English; ability to communicate with stakeholders, senior marketing leaders and C-level executives

  • You love to share and learn new things

  • Deep understanding and experience in digital marketing tools and techniques (GMP, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, e-mail marketing, display advertising, PPC, content management, attribution, etc.)

  • Knowledge of ad-tech ecosystem (DSP, DMP, bid managers) and how to leverage from 1st and 3rd Party data to drive value for the client

  • Knowledge of web analytics and main metrics (bounce rate, average time on site, CPA, CPC etc.)

  • Understanding of the UX/UI aspects in the marketing funnel
