What will you do:
As Azure Strategic Advisor providing consulting/design services, your main responsibilities are on Advisory, Delivery, and Coaching:
Advisory:
- Support clients in defining their Azure cloud-enabled transformation journey through the development of business cases & value roadmaps to be positioned throughout the project lifecycle (including origination, proposal development and client presentations)
- Engage with C-level clients and key decision makers on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of the full Microsoft technology platform to solve strategic business needs
- Present to and work directly with the C-Suite as an experienced storyteller to explain complex concepts to all types of stakeholders/audience
- Audit and publish compliance reports upon consulting/design services. This action ensures that the delivered service is in accordance with the architectural diagram designs
Delivery:
- Set strategic and achievable goals for clients and project teams. Find the best approach to create value at speed within a client’s unique digital transformation context
- Lead and manage clients and internal teams on projects of various sizes and scopes, helping to define and execute transformation roadmaps
- Build an organization architecture strategy by scoping and defining requirements, objectives, security standards. Perform gap-analysis, and map needs to Microsoft technology solutions
- Have an architecture knowledge of public & private Cloud providers other than Azure
- Apply technical knowledge and client insights to create a migration and modernization roadmap leveraging Microsoft Architectural Design Patterns
- Have a sound understanding of the cost implications of architectural decisions
Coaching:
- Assess the clients’ knowledge of the Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support them through a structured learning/training plan and ensure knowledge delivery through partners
- Drive collaboration in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Play the role of a mastermind to create and own the target end-to-end enterprise architecture blueprint ensuring continuous alignment of transformation progress and changing client needs
- Implement and apply Accenture sustainability by design approach of embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) capabilities across the project lifecycle
- Be a trusted advisor to help your clients, team and Accenture Leadership stay updated on trends/innovations across your Azure area of expertise
- Conduct high-level security system analysis/studies including proactive policy evaluation and tuning
- Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous growth of the Accenture Microsoft Business Group Advisory team to ensure relevant consulting services to clients
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the ICT sector with a focus on large-scale, technology-enabled transformation
- Consulting experience in professional consulting services or industry setting at the intersection of business and technology
- At least 4 years of experience in designing solution architectures on Azure, designing and architecting migration from or to other Cloud providers is considered a plus
- Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale E2E transformations leveraging Agile delivery patterns (i.e., ability to scope out, plan, and deliver a program on time and on budget while obtaining agreed business outcomes)
- Demonstrated experience with different database and storage technologies (e.g., SQL database(s), NoSQL such as Hadoop, MongoDB, , Redis,...)
- Proven people talents’ developer with a passion for managing and growing teams
- Master’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- An excellent level of English (C1-C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills is a must
Required certifications
You have at least the following certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (mandatory)
And at least one Associate certification from below:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
