Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and automate security testing of perimeter attack surface
- Leverage Attack Surface Management platforms for identification of vulnerabilities and at risk assets
- Utilize vulnerability management tools and compliance reporting to augment testing and recommend security control improvements
- Leverage breach and attack simulation platform to test security control effectiveness
- Monitor for new zero-day security vulnerabilities and prepare security alert notifications
- Provide technical expertise on vulnerability remediation, verification of closure, false positives, and compensating controls
Qualifications
We expect from you:
- 3 to 5 years or more working in Information Security
- Prior experience with vulnerability identification, penetration testing and/or red team exercises
- Technical understanding and experience assessing threats to and identifying weaknesses in multiple operating system platforms, database and application servers, and custom and off-the-shelf applications, etc.
- Familiar with Vulnerability Management tools such as Qualys, Nessus, etc.
- Familiar with endpoint security tools such Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Tanium
- Knowledge and experience with diverse IT architectures, external hosted services, cloud computing environments, and server and network device configurations
- Possess strong technical security skills and comprehension of security and risk
- Proficiency in one or more scripting language. E.g. Perl, Python, Shell Scripting etc would be a plus
- Security-related certifications a plus
