Job Description

Do you want to take your career to the next level?
Accenture Song is looking for Graphic Designer!

Ideate, innovate, change the world, repeat. Be part of an elite team of talented people using design thinking to create experiences that win awards and make headlines.

Remember that in your career it is about what you want to do and what you want to become. It's about integrating skill, curiosity and remaining yourself in the whole process. At Accenture Song, the combination of your ideas and the latest technologies has a chance to result in fascinating solutions. If these goals reflect your ambitions, this is your chance to stand out and face our challenges in the best way.

What will you do:

As a Graphic Designer, you will become a core member of Communications team. You will work closely with Creative Director, Art Director and fellow Designers. You will create decluttered design solutions to complex design challenges.

Just as us, you are open to new possibilities, have a good sense of personal strength and purpose, and an appreciation for life. You love the craft, and you crave to express it, from inspirations, concept creation, design, presentation and execution. Words roll out of your tongue easily, and you know where to go when short of ideas. You sketch, take photos, play the drums, love the art or binge on weird films, whatever—we want it all. An open mind that soaks up the culture and hypes about that "new thing" – that’s who we are after.

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Create a unique visual language for each of our brands and speak the same language with its audience.

  • Responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts, you will be crafting together with senior creatives.

  • Deliver creative on-brand assets at the highest level, constantly raising the bar.

  • Display creativity, cultural relevance, and excellent communications judgment.

  • Help create presentation material for pitches and existing client work.

  • Takes ownership of client work and project delivery.

  • Work closely with the Polish & international teams on exciting projects.

  • Learn, expand your knowledge and grow essential skills.

  • Inspire, create and sustain a culture of growth and relevance.

What do we expect from you:

  • Experience in the Creative Industry.

  • Fluent spoken and written English & Polish

  • Able to understand and digest the strategy and key messages

  • Strong sense of typography, layout and overall visual communication

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good at creative ideation and conceptualization

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Should work well with the team and encourage creative thinking within the agency

  • Excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud (PS, AI, ID, XD)

  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint

  • A portfolio highlighting excellence and flexibility of design work and responding to a variety of briefs.

Nice to have:

  • After Effects

  • Premier Pro

  • Audition

  • Hand drawing

What can we offer you:

  • Stable employment conditions based on an employment contract.

  • Private medical care, life insurance and employee share program.

  • Access to the MyBenefit platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card).

  • Individual support of a Career counselor and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.

  • A wide training package (soft and technical training offer, access to the e-learning platform, possibility of co-financing courses and certification)

  • Participation in the implementation of projects on a global scale for the largest international companies from Fortune500 using the latest technological solutions and tools.

  • Employee Assistance Program - free support in one-time legal, financial and psychological consultations.
