Do you want to take your career to the next level?
Accenture Song, is looking for Senior Copywriter!
Ideate, innovate, change the world, repeat. Be part of an elite team of talented people using design thinking to create experiences that win awards and make headlines.
Remember that in your career it is about what you want to do and what you want to become. It's about integrating skill, curiosity and remaining yourself in the whole process. At Accenture Song, the combination of your ideas and the latest technologies has a chance to result in fascinating solutions. If these goals reflect your ambitions, this is your chance to stand out and face our challenges in the best way.
What will you do:
As a Senior Copywriter, you will become a core member of the Communications team. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Strategists and fellow Creatives on a variety of deliverables. You craft outstanding copy out of thin air and combine creative writing with provocative thinking. You ask right questions and waterproof ideas from a conceptual perspective.
Just as us, you are open to new possibilities, have a good sense of personal strength and purpose, and an appreciation for life. You love the craft, and you crave to express it, from inspirations, ideation to execution. Words roll out of your tongue easily, and you know where to go when short of ideas. You love books, write scripts, sing songs, love the art or binge on weird films, whatever—we want it all. An open mind that soaks up the culture and hypes about that "new thing" – that’s who we are after.
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:
Create a unique copy for each of our brands and speak the same language with its audience.
Develop concepts and copy for anything you could possibly throw at brand experience.
Responsible for the story and ideation, you will be crafting together with senior creatives and strategists.
Lead the copy conversation with clients and proactively respond to feedback in person and in writing.
Lead copy on multiple projects across multiple client work streams, and in concepting for pitch work.
Help create presentation material for pitches and existing client work.
Work closely with the Polish & international teams on exciting projects.
Learn, expand your knowledge and grow essential skills.
Inspire, create and sustain a culture of growth and relevance.
Focus on what really matters. Discard what doesn’t and rewrite the rest.
What do we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in the Creative Industry.
Fluent spoken and written English & Polish.
Able to understand, digest and crystallize the strategy and key messages.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good at creative ideation and conceptualization.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Display creativity and excellent communications judgment.
Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guides, ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints.
Should work well with the team and encourage creative thinking within the agency.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
A strong portfolio highlighting excellence, flexibility and culture relevance, showcasing your work across multiple formats, is required.
What can we offer you:
Stable employment conditions based on an employment contract.
Private medical care, life insurance and employee share program.
Access to the MyBenefit platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card).
Individual support of a Career counselor and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.
A wide training package (soft and technical training offer, access to the e-learning platform, possibility of co-financing courses and certification).
Participation in the implementation of projects on a global scale for the largest international companies from Fortune500 using the latest technological solutions and tools.
Employee Assistance Program - free support in one-time legal, financial and psychological consultations.
Paid employee referral program.
Vibrant, diverse workplace culture: we believe in openness and honesty, fairness and equality, common sense, and realism.
